City of Chino

The City of Chino currently supplies water to a population of approximately 71,500 people, and has a contract entitlement of 5,000 acre-feet of water per year from the CDA.

City of Chino Hills

The City of Chino Hills currently supplies water to a population of approximately 75,000 people, and has a contract entitlement of 4,200 acre-feet of water per year from the CDA.

City of Norco

The City of Norco currently supplies water to a population of approximately 27,500 people, and has a contract entitlement of 1,000 acre-feet per year from the CDA.

City of Ontario

The City of Ontario currently supplies water to a population of approximately 169,000 people, and has a current contract entitlement of 5,000 acre-feet per year from the CDA. Ontario will have an additional entitlement of 3,533 acre-feet of water per year (for a total of 8,533 acre-feet) when the Phase 3 Expansion Project is complete in 2015.

Inland Empire Utilities Agency 

The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) serves as an ad hoc member of the CDA Board since it does not receive product water from the CDA. IEUA is a municipal water district serving the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Upland, Fontana, Monte Vista Water District and Cucamonga Valley Water District with a population of approximately 850,000. The CDA contracts with IEUA to operate and maintain the Chino I Desalter.

Jurupa Community Services District

The Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) currently supplies water to a population of approximately 102,000 people, and has a current contract entitlement of 8,200 acre-feet of water per year from the CDA. JCSD will have an additional entitlement of 3,533 acre-feet of water per year (for a total of 11,733 acre-feet) when the Phase 3 Expansion Project is complete in 2015. The CDA contracts with JCSD to operate and maintain the Chino II Desalter.

Santa Ana River Water Company

The Santa Ana River Water Company is a mutual water company that currently supplies water to a population of approximately 8,500 people, and has a current contract entitlement of 1,200 acre-feet of water per year from the CDA.

Western Municipal Water District 

The Western Municipal Water District currently supplies water to a population of approximately 853,000 people (including a retail population of approximately 61,000 people). Western will have a contract entitlement of 3,534 acre-feet of water per year from the CDA when the Phase 3 Expansion Project is complete in 2015.
